“A small farm
at the table.”

A conuco is a small Dominican farm — a place where every ingredient is grown by hand and every meal carries the weight of a family. We opened our doors in 2022 to bring that spirit to Leominster: traditional home-cooked food, made the way it should be.

I — La semilla

Una idea de casa.

In 2022 we opened a small Dominican kitchen in Leominster — the kind of place we missed from back home. Recipes from our mothers, plated like a Sunday meal.

II — La cosecha

Sazón, sin atajos.

Sancocho on Sundays. Pernil that cooks all morning. Mangú at first light. Every plate finished by hand, the way it has always been done.

III — La mesa

Family-style, always.

You don’t come to Conuco for fast food. You come to be fed, the way grandma feeds. Big platters, generous spoonfuls, and room at the table for everyone.

05 — Lo que dicen
“The pernil is incredible. Tastes exactly like my grandmother used to make. The whole family is hooked.”
