Inside the Conuco kitchen — a family-owned Dominican restaurant in Leominster, MA
Definición

conuco /koˈnuko/  ·  n.

A small Dominican farm. A place where every ingredient is grown by hand and every meal carries the weight of a family. We named the restaurant after it because that’s how we cook.

Our story

Family-owned, since 2022.

Conuco Restaurant was born from a passion to share the rich and vibrant flavors of the Dominican Republic with the community of Leominster. Our family-owned restaurant brings generations of culinary tradition to every dish we serve.

The name “Conuco” refers to small plots of land in the Dominican Republic where farmers grow a variety of crops for their families and local communities. Like these traditional farms, our restaurant cultivates authentic flavors and nurtures a sense of community through our food.

We specialize in traditional Dominican home-cooked meals with a focus on special plates and street food favorites. Our menu features classics like Pernil, Pollo Guisado, Sancocho, Mondongo, and a variety of flavorful fried dishes including Chicharrón, Mofongo, Yaroa, and much more.
